Jeffrey R. Gerlach
Chief Executive Officer, Jeffrey R. Gerlach founded Birchwood Strategy Group (BSG) in 2024 to provide strategic business solutions that empower independent urgent care operators to optimize their business performance. With over 25-years of business acumen in healthcare services, Mr. Gerlach has extensive experience in business development, mergers and acquisition, financial modeling, practice valuation, health system joint ventures, value creation, market analysis, site selection, project management, construction, sales, marketing and brand strategy.
Prior to BSG, Mr. Gerlach was the chief development officer for Bond Orthodontic Partners (Bond), where he led all business development functions, practice transition processes, de novo development, marketing, and real estate portfolios. An innovative and growth-oriented leader,
Mr. Gerlach successfully interfaced with multiple internal and external constituents including private equity sponsors, board members, orthodontic partners, and internal functional area leaders.
